Yep, it’s been a while. I’ve been busy though. I joined a new gym, I’ve been walking a lot… Just kidding, I didn’t join a new gym, but with another wedding season just around the corner, and only a few spots left for 2012, you can bet it’s going to be a wild ride this year! I’m really looking forward to 2012, as I have some amazing couples that I ‘ll be working with. Mary and Hai are an example of what’s to come. Creative, warm-hearted, and fun-inspired, these two are a kick to be around. One thing you should know – Mary’s a planner. She had ideas for the session ready to be put into action. I was game, and the photos turned out great. We found lots of color even on a gray day thanks to her recon. Here’s a smattering of a few of my favorites.

After a long flight of stairs, we headed over to a park to belt out a few songs in the afternoon breeze.

Needless to say, I feel bad about my Taylor Big Baby sitting in the corner. I put baby in the corner?! Nooooooo!
The session ended on a good note though 🙂
That being said, who is the master? That’s the real question. Let’s take it to the polls to find out!

After battle of the bands, we made our way down the steps and onto a new venue that has some damn fine grub and beer.
I've passed by this place so many times, but never went in.
Tommy's Joint has my approval.
The staff were awesome. They let Mary and Hai have the run of the place. We were behind counters, serving up fake drinks, and getting in the way of everyone. But it was all good.
I would have really loved to have had a beer, but my stomach was not so cooperative after some bad sushi 2 nights before. Ewww...

He blushed at the sight of her fluttering eyebrows and her strong yet subtle intelligent brow.
Of course we're gonna end a good one. Here they are, having good time, with one of the most beautiful props in the world standing right behind them.
Mary and Hai, it was a pleasure walking around with you two, goofing off in the big city. Looking forward to the big day. See you then!
