You want great photographs? Go to great places, and bring your imagination. A fairly great place would happen to be our backyard: San Francisco. So when Lisa and David contacted me to photograph their very impromptu ceremony at SF’s City Hall, I happily obliged. Ahhhh, the possibilities… There are so many possibilities, and then on top of that, more possibilities. From the architecture, light, and people, one can get fairly overwhelmed when trying to narrow down the options. When in doubt, I try to take my own advice – go with the moment, listen to your gut, and rock it!

A festive City Hall
Hope you enjoy!

Exchanging vows in front of a Christmas tree flocked with Japanese cranes that hold New Year's wishes.

First Dance.

A little quiet time...

I love when my clients have ideas, because I know it's something they really want to have captured. Lisa said, "Let's climb up to the window sill and get some silhouettes." I couldn't have agreed more.

Lisa and David

Lisa, being very Jackie-O.

Cable Car Fun.

Guess we missed the 1.:15 car...

Over to the Sir Francis Drake Hotel.

Going up...

Last Dance.
Whew… the day was so full and fast moving, it seemed to end in a flash (Well, not literally. I don’t think I used a flash the entire day. Haha… it’s only funny for camera nerds…) David and Lisa, thanks for being such wonderful subjects and following my scatterbrained directions. And of course, thanks to my lovely wife and assistant Jen for helping me lug around the tools needed to create great photos.
See you down the road.

GREAT stuff Todd!
Thanks Sarah! We had a great time cruising SF.
You continue to amaze. Nice work Todd
Your pics were beautiful! Congratulations! We were the misironaises from the D.R. that worked with the Vargases in the clinic. Also, friends with your parents and the Martins. We wish the best to you and your beautiful wife. God Bless and remember that marriage always takes 3! With Christ in the middle you can never fail! Love you you and your family.
Kirk, thanks, and ditto to you good sir! Loved the video of you ripping it up in that crazy 4-wheel machine! Now that’s what I am talking about.
Loved that back lighting with the stain glass ….. it’s a nice touch.
